Change of Heart: Due to the nature of loose leaf herbal products, we cannot accept returns on opened packages. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.

Lost or Damaged Shipments: Please reach out within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with you to make it right.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

International Shipping: We haven't set up international shipping yet on account of being a human run small business that is just starting out.
